A sensitive and erotic but playful look at BDSM
This is one seriously excellent book if you are into BDSM and D/s. I really liked it because it looks at a real couple and how they might fall into S&M. This isn't about some DARK MASTER having his way with a silly little slave girl. It's a modern, contemporary look at a modern smart woman and her sometimes clueless husband, and how her sexual misconduct leads to some very interesting results! Jill can't keep her panties on, and is unfaithful one time too many, and her husband loses it and spanks her little bottom and then rapes her!! Instead of being furious, she gets off on it, and away they go, into some very VERY sexy explorations of BDSM. I loved how the author brings in Paul, the master trainer, to add tension and a somewhat darker dynamic to the whole thing. It kept it from just being a super sexy romance, and it kept me on the edge of my seat the whole time. LOVED IT. READ IT and see why this one is consistently the top selling erotic ebook (number 1) for over a year!!
Disappointed
I agree with the previous reviewer---the coersion was disheartening. I found myself feeling bad for Jill, if I wanted to feel bad for someone I would have read Schindler's List. The sex schenes left a lot to be desired.
Okay, but not the greatest
I didn't like the fact that the husband could not make up his mind if he liked S&M or not. I also did not like the fact that he coerces his wife into signing the contract, even though she doesn't seem to really want to. Some of the scenes were pretty good though, and I thought it had a happy ending at least.
